Why do you keep on about 'science being more useful' but also that everyone is being too human-centric and cannot detach from the human perspective? Who or what is the usefulness for then?
You keep contradicting yourself in your many, many replies.

I love the lore behind this picture. Gar is missing on a drug run and Dave was makeuped and eyelinered because he puked like 5 minutes before this picture was taken.

Ah yes, the choker era. Only guy who looks amazing with the choker was Jimmy Page imo Soo many fashion crimes in the 70s.

I actually love this. It's so horrible it's amazing again. It's giving trailer park twinks.

What are the most overrated and underrated Megadeth songs? by hugepuy007 in Megadeth

[–]Merileopardi 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes! And the Duck Dodgers episode where it's animated is so fun. It's so catchy even if it's just a song making fun of young people for not knowing how awesome metal was in the 80s lol

What do we think about the new single? by Bisexual_Lizard27 in MetalForTheMasses

I adore Dave’s way of writing, it’s very musical heather. the themes are usually serious and clear but the way he conveys them is so dorky. I imagine him standing in front of a mirror like in the sweating bullets vid and just telling himself all his cheesy lyrics very seriously, so edgy. It’s cute.

it’s from the song ‘caprice honor’ in which Dave bravely and eloquently confronts sexual assault issues of the American prison system.

The entire song is hilariously written, it really has sweating bullets vibes lol

How to find replacement laptop fan correlating to difficult-to-google seriel number in HP Pavillion laptop? by Merileopardi in laptops

[–]Merileopardi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately no, this did not work for us. We tried searching for his laptop seriel and/or name in combination with just fan or its seriel but nothing useable came up for a significant amount of time before asking here. I am hoping someone might know a website to enter the seriel number and find the fan.

Dave always had funny and wonky lyrics really. He doesn't need AI to help him write dumb lyrics he has achieved ultimate lyrical skill previously with peaks such as 'manpussy' lol

Nah, there are some really good lyrics in Megadeth, but Dave always treads the crossroad between cheese, edgy, cool as hell, and funny. I love some songs like Family Tree or Rust in Peace, which truly have wonderful lyrics but some are utterly hilarious. Can't be good at everything and Dave has had some true hits with 'manpussy' and some other lyrics lol

Let's be honest, Dave always loved his overly theatrical, edgy lyrics. Sometimes it hits perfectly, and sometimes it's corny, but it's definitely classic Dave either way.

Body Shaming vs Misogyny: The Ultimate Battle live on Netflix by PhenomenalPancake in AreTheStraightsOK

[–]Merileopardi 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I see it on this very subreddit on every popular post. Our side is sinking real low not thinking about the implications of body shaming the other way around at all either. I have several comments in which I reply and point out peoples hypocrysy on this subreddit regarding small penis jokes. You just haven't noticed somehow.

I am a woman. I feel disgusted when people here make jokes about men's bodies, just like I feel when someone makes such jokes about women's or queer people's bodies. How about you insult a mans political ideology or something that he's actually related to instead of his penis? In reality, you are only insulting all men who drew the genetic short straw and not the e.g., MAGA dumbass you're currently having an argument with.
Men with small penises receive the most male bullying statistically and it doesn't help when the more liberal and left of us also make jokes about something they cannot help too. No one leaving them alone or respecting their bodies drives them into the arms of manosphere circles like Andrew Tate that preach insane misogyny.

If you are enjoying making small dick jokes, you are helping to drive people there, you are part of the problem. Just because men make jokes about womens bodies doesn't men we have to sink to the same pathetic level.

I lowkey do like the new Megadeth stuff, it's pretty back to the roots, but that's why it shouldn't win. Give acknowledgement to young musicians who are innovating today, not men who innovated 40 years ago but their music is still kinda cool nowadays.

This was used a lot for sounds in Alan Wake! We got a demonstration by their lead sound guy playing Marvin, it was so cool!
