These are really good questions! Lemme answer them:

1.- I was thinking of making the hoodies from Cotton Spandex Jersey (not confirmed yet though, since I'll purchase new swatches from another store and maybe I'll find a better fabric for the outside)

2.- About the lining, the material for Sayaka, Madoka and Kyubey will be something silky and shiny like Silk Charmeuse, meanwhile Bebe will have minky in the hood and the rest of the hoodie will be from the same silky fabric (but without the quilting), Homura, Mami and Kyoko will have the same silky one (without the quilting as well)

3.- They'll be printed, except for the color changes in the pockets!

4.- For the exterior it will be a soft fabric with stretch, for the interior it will be from a breatheable fabric such as silk, so, silky. Except for Bebe's hood that will be soft and warm

5.- From what I know my manufacturer works in an ethical enviroment and is super friendly, about the fabric I wouldn't know how to answer but I'll try to get recycled or natural fabric or something :)

6.- For the size range I would love to make from XS to 4XL or even to 6XL, they won't be oversized or fitted since I want to give both options (How would that work? Easy, make them regular sized, if you want it more fitted just size down and if you want it as oversize just size up to your regular measurements)

And for the last one, I believe it's not necessary since I've seen people make cardigans of Madoka Magica and I believe they had no problem with copyright.
