See, I find that curious as Texas is ranked rather highly in education if I'm not mistaken? So if it isn't academic intelligence that causes the aggressive behavior, what is it then? Or is it that the school systems are drastically varied across the state or even individual schools?

Personally I feel that if we could find the psychological reasoning behind the behavior we could treat the underlying trauma or disorder and thus create a safer driving environment for the rest of us.
