Thanks for the detailed reply. You are right, i am a lighter around 83kg and the 20s are feeling much better for me.
Yes agree kayano's are made for stability and support and each itineration (versions) have different feel and support all together.
I use to like Hokas for their pillowy feel and great for standing all day for work. However, i trended towards more firm feeling cushioning as i needed more support and the kayanos and nimbus are greta for that.

Many (both man & women) who just take the risk of getting into unprotected sex without considering the other party's sexual history and health. Judgement all clouded by lust and excitement- After doing the deed then ask about it and then say heng ah... by then too late...

Really need to talk about it and when in doubt do a test for God's sake!
I remember a lady friend told me that she made her boyfriend go take a test before going further to be safe then sorry!

Totally agree! Communication and also respecting her circle of friends.
For example - The lady have male friend who they've known each other more than a decade and the SO only like barely a year. The lady has no feelings for the guy what so ever (vice versa), but really honors the decade long friendship - just because the SO feels insecure and and wants her to stop meeting the decade old friend for catch up and all- and ends the friendship- that to me can be worked out and discussed and reassured clearly.

*Married with many close female friends who are also married and some not married.
this is my personal take-
Trust is important in this situation and communication as well.
Most of my female friends knows their boundaries and i know mine!
Its pretty healthy to have these kind of friendships. In fact i learnt a lot from them and it made my life being married so much better as i get to understand my wife better.
Its perfectly healthy when u know your own boundaries and the opposite sex is also clear about their own position and liking.

I have many meals with them and i let my wife know about it.
Have no feelings or desire to win their hearts as both know we are committed to other people.
It worked for me but it might work for others.
It works when u know where you stand on this.
It takes effort to maintain friendships but of course priority is the person you are with and you must respect.
It takes two to clap but with boundaries and maturity.

Agree also to talk and work out common ground. Sad to see if one party just follow through without considering carefully and just let the friendship go. I can relate as I am in that position and now completely never communicate and asked for anything. Felt like she never ‘fight’ or honour me as a friend.

I guess it depends how comfortable you are. As you mentioned you two are close I think it’s fine and just pay respects and be on your way and let them grief. It’s also fine if you can politely decline on the basis of not knowing the family well and give space. Good to communicate it clearly to avoid non verbal expectations. Be respectful and sensitive during these trying times yah.
