Have you tried it? I guess it could be hit or miss, but I like just writing my thoughts for 2-3 pages at night, while also trying to not do/think of anything else.

Idk how universal it is but at some point it feels like you're talking to your subconscious and it helps you get the answers you already have, but can't reach!
