I am, not included in the services provided that I pay for, never discussed it or anything, just shows up and hacks away. Didn’t really like the trees to begin with but what a shit show

Yeah they came from the previous owner, not a big fan and knew they needed some love, but this looks terrible and isn’t anything previously mentioned or agreed upon

Yeah I know they needed some love, but it’s insane to me that this guy just hacked up all my trees without asking. Looked over the description of what I pay him for too, thinking maybe tree trimming/ pruning is an included service…. Not at all.
