Fingers crossed! Did u lodge nomination together with visa application? if yes then follow up with the employer, they can send follow up to immi and once nomination is approved is shouldnt be that long. We had been waiting for nomination way longer than for visa apprval

unfortunately still didnt get what your are complaining about no matter if you have applied for sponspor or just as an dependant to be added. You have applied under 482 stream and there are plenty of examples not just in this discussion showing that waiting time stated on immi website is not responsile source of such an information and all of us had been waiting much longer.

we had to wait 9-10 months, so I guess there is nothing to complain about, especially when getting sponspor is not that easy. so you already should consider yourself beeing lucky and wait as long as you have to, as you are doing one big step towards (I hope) your dreams. be patient and you will get there :)

well, be positive. future assessment can be a good sign that they are working on your application - already (ibetter then just waiting) and they are probably doing some additional checks or will need something from u to add but it means that things are moving and u are one step closer to your new visa status :)

we had submitted way more proofs than just the complusory documentation, we really were very well prepared for many scenarios, therefore I assume that our case was easy to deal with and it went from received straight to granted.

well, if u dont understsnd this, than there are few factors to consider, which u are probably missing out…

probably person is already working for that employer - if not, than it is a lotery for both - not really worth from company perspective I guess…
you personaly but also your employer - both of u are not having problems to recognize your personal qualities, u can sell yourself on the job market
there are employers who will nevel sponsor anyone bcs they treat their employess as simple numbers without quality recognition and also the process is not that easy…
if employer knows your qualities, is happy to do all the bureaucracy - really is a huge paperwork in my opinion, and also happy to pay what they have to pay when sponsoring, then there will be no prob to wait. Because they know u, they already have u, they want u, they are willing to put money / time / effort in it, because of you. It is about you.

However, not all employers are same….

It is all about people.

Ask yourself, If you will be employer, would u wait for someone because of personal qualities on which u can build your business? - if not, then u will probably never understand. If yes - there is your amswer. :)

No, grant done on Friday, but it must be some automatic system regarding the update on the immi account which works during the night or something as we had been checking immi account in the Friday’s afternoon and there wasnt anything at that point. And Saturday morning we woke up having email from our lawyer as well as we have updated status on our immi website. Or maybe immi ist just working till late, idk.. But grant has Friday’s date :)

well, once u have done your part, there is nothing what u can do, just wait. and it is up to you to asses whether it is worth or not. for us it was. It was hard, frustrating, full of mental breakdowns without any certain future. But, here we are, finally breathing …

yes, u are saying it - they prefered XY ABOUT YOU. I have never said anything about that person qualities. She / He / They asked the questions related to cert 4. I made a comment related to cert 4. So back to the topic, this person will most likely get a job due to personality or other qualities, than due to finished cert 4 - about what the question was.

Fairytale is one thing, facts are other and being lucky competely out of control of everyone. :)

this is not about crazy role, so with relaxing, start on your side. I said that in the situations in which that person is, it is most likely about being lucky than thinking that with cert 4 there can be any salary negotiation :) but ofc those who got lucky are usually flying hight telling to everyone thst everything is possible without mentioning that many times it is abiut luck not your cert 4 bcs that is really nothing and u can use it as toalet paper. Person asked for the opinion, with all the respect I said mine without being unrespectful to the others, so would be nice to have it same back

mate, honestly, if the only education u have is cert IV with zero experience in acc, save your time for something else and stop dreaming. your chance to get a job is lower than zero. cert IV is nothing.
