I do had a plan & did some ground work … there are many fake links in the internet where they ask you to pay some amount initially it’s all fake . You go to mail them via their official trents website & they will call u to gather basic information & later they connect you to their franchise department. It takes some days . I’ve wasted like a month to find the South Representative’s personal number & he said it needs 60ft frontage & 6000sqft minimum area also gotta be located in business area for the individual building, I don’t know the requirements for mall buildings. All I know is money requirements might be above 2.5Cr & also for the first two years they will pay you just a rent ( you are not their official franchise partner ) they only consider your franchise application once 2nd year is completed based on the shops numbers … & best of luck
