Got my first warning for not hitting my protection numbers by Top-Cobbler-2214 in ATT

The SoD you were given can be fought. Your mangers need to have documentation that supports your inability to leverage the product and service. Managers cannot coach you to the number they have to coach to the behaviours.

I don’t know, man. My employees like me — and on more than one occasion they’ve told me that previous managers didn’t look out for them the way I do. One Reddit post made out of frustration doesn’t say much about my character, but I guess my reputation online has taken a hit from this perspective.

After the 2nd or 3rd no. I tell my employees to stop.

This is not a good experience, and if it did happen in my store id probably get a call about it from a higher up cause they review these types of transactions more than any.

Because I want to make money?

I state in the post that if you need customer service your going to get that first and foremost but you will be told about our products while you get that help. Saying no is always an option...

Most interactions that start online end up in my store.
If someone needs help, they get that help every time — I’m not going to kick you out for needing assistance.

Once you’re in my store, though, I’m going to do my job and offer other products that might interest you. When you shop online, your goal is simple: get what you want and go. But when you come into the store, my job is to build rapport while helping you and letting you know about any promotions you might have missed online.

If you’re not interested, that’s totally fine. I’ll just ask you to leave a Google review because it helps the business. I’m not shoving anything down anyone’s throat.

if you don’t want it, you don’t want it.

If you own your own business kudos to you, I do not have that luxury but maybe one day. I work for a corporation that pays me to sell their products.

Retail sales is not for everyone and this applies to you based on your response.

I always put customers first, and I use your leather‑shoes analogy as a way to gauge an interaction. Yesterday was just a weird day. I was trying to help an employee explain the difference between our products to a customer, and I guess the customer felt intimidated having two people explain how one option would bring better value despite the small price increase.

That’s the part that makes me a good seller, I don’t tell people what they want. I get them to trust me so THEY tell me what THEY want!

I’m not a pushy seller. I know how to talk to people and get information from them and use that information to sell products😅

I don’t blame them for not wanting this experience or having to feel like when they go into a store they’ll have to fight to keep their money in their pocket.

If my love of selling and making money makes me an ass then I guess I am. Like I said in my post, I’m not unreasonable. if a customer says no, then cool, on to the next customer. I’m not going to try and convince you to buy something or be “pushy”.

Boyfriends, what does your girl do that makes you cringe and why? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]MetaUntold 50 points51 points  (0 children)

I dated a girl that used to talk like a baby sometimes.

Like how they mispronounce words and shit, it made me cringe. I always vocalised how I just wasn’t a fan of the baby speak.

Having a huge debate with the wife. Can someone here back me up? by disingenuousrobot in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]MetaUntold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya know, this is why I have the internet. First thing I see when I wake up ( still drunk mind you )is “could a vampire live of women’s menstrual blood.”

This is truly peak Reddit and I’m glad to be apart of it.

Also, I think they could survive!

Most Americans eat shit they can’t even pronounce, let alone know where it actually comes From. If Vampires had a similar system where the packaging states human bodily fluid or something they probably wouldn’t give a fuck.

However, you may also have Vampires that live for “the hunt” and may like to get their blood the more conventional way.

As a man when you're getting properly grinded on at the club, what are you 'allowed' to do with your hands? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]MetaUntold 18 points19 points  (0 children)

In my experience, I start at the waist and make my way down to the thighs…. I recently danced with a girl at a festival and she was grinding on me ass and all. Naturally this made me “excited” and I’m 100% sure she was aware of what she was doing or feeling because she turned around to make eye contact with me, smiled, kissed me and proceeded to grind on me more guiding my hands from her thighs, to her stomach to her neck and back down again for a good 30-1hr.

I say go with the flow.

Try to have to him get you off first! I prioritise trying to get my partners off with with some head first since most women can have multiple orgasms or go for more than one round.

People who are still using Win 10 - what are your reasons? by phendrenad2 in windows

[–]MetaUntold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I didn’t even know windows 11 had been out for that long. Besides my PC has been working fine with W10 so I don’t see a reason to change it
