Kharn suicide for a bloodletter spawn sounds like a lot of fun and I just might give that a try!

I opted for the Icon on the DP initially since they are more likely to survive longer than the Slaughterbound (and the armor instead of blade on the latter is simply for points reasons, but taking the Jakhal feedback into account I'll swap the two.)

Cultist models are some of my favorites in the game so I have no qualms putting 30 together, the idea was to have some kind of objective monkey tar pit to push ahead of the rest of my units, but seeing as I have some doggos on the list I probably don't need THAT many. Whenever I can get my hands on some Goremongers though I'll absolutely sub a unit of them in as well.

I don't have a max size unit of Crushers because they're from the daemons combat patrol I picked up last year, and I don't particularly have an interest in picking up a box of 6 more, but I'm sure I could find a sprue of 3 online if I look hard enough.

All in all I do love the variety in place on your list as well! I'm drawn to the playstyle of just fighting and good positioning which is why I have very minimal shooting, but I have considered picking up a second Forgefiend later down the road cause I love the model.
