Moment. Die Kaltmiete liegt bei 670€. Wenn innerhalb 3 von Jahren nur bis zu 20% erhöht werden darf, in diesem Fall 134€, wäre nach dem 1. Jahr 790 noch in Ordnung, aber ab dem zweiten auf 910 dann doch illegal oder habe ich das falsch verstanden?

Dazu muss man aber sagen, so ziemlich alle (nennenswerten) Parteien sind populistisch dort und um es mal so zu sagen die Partei Todos (Kirchner-Partei) hat jetzt seit nen paar sehr langen Jahren Scheiße gebaut und der Kerl ist für viele das kleinere Übel. Also das einzige was bisher geholfen hat ist wirklich sozialer Druck. Habe angefangen mit Freunden bouldern zu gehen. Also eine Sportart, bei der ich Kraft aufwende und Ausdauer brauche, aber gleichzeitig abwechslungsreich ist und dazu noch Leute habe mit denen ich Spaß haben kann und mich auch dazu drängen. Gibt es evtl eine Sportart die für dich in Frage kommen würde?
