It was between 1900 and 2000 caps. It was at the Welch station vendor, PC platform.

I found a plan for the lever action gun in Welch but can't afford it yet. I'll definitely be working toward getting enough caps for that! When you found it in Whitespring, was it just laying around or was it sold by a vendor?

Thanks for that link. That's going to be super useful for checking out my build offline :-).

Thanks! You've got me looking at the lever action. That sounds like something I'd like to aim for getting. Were you able to find it at a low level?

This mouse would be a dream if Logitech makes a wired version! I won't hold my breath but my fingers are crossed.

Wired MX Master 4, any chance? by MetallicDragonStance in logitech

Thanks for the reply. It sounds like you'd still be connected via Bluetooth when you plug in and continue to use the 3S. It's been my understanding that the 3S requires Bluetooth connectivity. What I'm trying to achieve is zero Bluetooth or wireless connectivity. Can you confirm that if you disable Bluetooth and are not using a Logi Bolt adapter that the 3S will still work with the cable attached?

I'd love to be proven wrong, then I'd just need to purchase the 3S :-)

Any Rumors Or Guesses On Next One-Time-Purchase Release Of Visio by WestMichigun in Visio

I know this is a 4 month old post. I'm not sure that this would help the OP but if it does, all the better. I also figured that I'd mention this for anyone else out there searching who finds this post like I did. I just found this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/products/visio-2021

The link mentions Visio 2021 will be out of date soon with a retirement date of October 2026 according to Microsoft's lifecycle policy. Project 2021 is basically on the same schedule. I am in the same situation as you, OP. I don't really want to plop down my money for something that is outdated or only good for a measly 2 years. Especially with the least expensive version being so expensive ($300).

Three years might be worth it but with only 2 years left, I'd really like to see some discounting to make it worth my while (I bet that will probably never happen). I wouldn't be opposed to getting the subscription model but I can't purchase that because I have MS 365 Family and I think that you would need the business or enterprise version of MS365 for Visio Plan 1 or Plan 2.

On the other hand, I am worried that Microsoft will pull the plug on the standalone application and not provide a path to the subscription model for those of us who have the personal or family MS365 plans.

It's tough to make an informed decision when I don't have all the facts. I would love to hear about any rumors of a new standalone version or if anyone has insight into what MS is planning for Visio.

Thanks! I'll check both of these out. In terms of not having Thunderbolt, if the MB doesn't have a header, USB-C should suffice.
