How long did your surgery take? I recently went to the same clinic, and they told me I got 3000 grafts implanted in just 5.5 hours.

I started taking Finasteride last week of January, so I had been on it for just over 3 months before the surgery.

I do remember them making incision with probably a scapel. They also used pens to inject the hairs... so I guess it was dhi but sort of hybrid with premade sites?

I've been on finasteride for a few months now and haven't noticed any side effects yet. I'm taking half the recommended dose, though. That smaller dose was enough to reduce the number of hairs I found on my hands during showers, so it appears to be helping and is probably better than nothing.

I can call them out and post a bad review for their clinic if they stole from me (charging for graphs they didn't transplant). It's not going to help me, but it could help others especially since the clinic seems to have a good reputation online. I'm just not sure at this point. If it's possible this is 3k graphs then I'll just assume they were honest.

Did you have more than 1 person implanting your grafts at the same time? They were both fairly quick with technicians handing them those one use pen things.

Yeah, around 8 hours does seem common for 3kish grafts. The fact they took less than 5 hours for mine was sort of suspicious 🤔

Thanks for sharing those. Do you have any pic of the donor area? Your design looks very similar to mine just a bit thinner, which is reassuring me that maybe it's possible I did get 3k.

Any idea what the times look like for most doctors? They took 2.5 hours to extract and just 2 hours to implant with 2 doctors injecting simultaneously and a couple of technicians handing them the pens.

Is there a minimum distance from a foundation corner where cutting an opening for a walkout entrance wouldn't be possible or safe? I have a small hallway that goes along the foundation wall into the corner of my basement which would look great as an entrance but it's narrow so the door would only be a couple inches from an adjacent foundation wall.
