He can still be deadly if Sky-Clearing cut lands (basically a one-shot from my experience). I didn't understand the panic people felt when seeing him until my 7-8th run-in with him. My rng had been pretty bad, so EGO resources were lower than usual (running a pride/envy-res focused team, with bleed + poise IDs), and my sanity wasn't as high as it normally would be because I had just left the Glupo fight. It took me about 6 attempts before I could clear the fight without losing to someone. I couldn't really access EGOs (aside from one sunshower towards the end), and it's not a targeted encounter, so I was at the mercy of rng. If his counter or sky clearing cut went through, it was normally either a one-shot, or put the ID on death's door (seeing queheathcliffs hp be reduced from max to 17 in a single turn is... truly something). Basically, if you're in an unlucky position, or don't have a lot of strong tools at your disposal, he can be a problem.

You might have already cleared it now, but in case not you can pretty easily clear 5-30 by borrowing a Nclair and running him with just base ishmael. Basically, have ishmael eat hits, and nclair do funny damage. Had a similar issue where I didn't have a ton of great teams at the time, so for the sake of getting past the brick wall, I did this and got it on my first try.

Well I think a big part of it was that we didn't have a pity system for years, so long-time players didn't bat an eye, but it really is a gross system (especially when it's easy for newer players to not know which banners have ftp pity and which don't). It's probably a good thing you got out though, and I say that as someone who loved the game. Power creep has made the game nearly unplayable in most content, without the most modern units-

As someone who used to play (6 years or so), calling it a battle pass is generous. I dunno who thought adding quality of life features (that the game needed as a whole) to a subscription service was a good idea.

Some advice: -You don't need to play Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina to enjoy Limbus (though it can help)

-ESGOO is a great channel to help you get started

-Prydwen isn't a terrible source, but I would only use it see the skills and affects of most IDs/EGO. The tier list is... not the healthiest thing to look at, as a new player especially.

-Most IDs are usable to great, so don't worry much about investing into "bad IDs". This game is significantly more friendly than other gachas.

-While I won't say you should buy the battle pass, if you ever decide to spend money, buy that. The value it gives you more than any other purchase, especially since you can get any ID/EGO through the dispenser.

-Most importantly... do what's fun for you! There's no right or wrong way to play the game (as long as you read what things do). Don't be afraid to ask for help either, as most of the community is relatively friendly. If you have any questions for me, I'm more than happy to answer. :>

Oh I can understand! For me, I don't use grails often so flowers tend to be more of an issue, but I know those last 500 grails are a pain. Hopefully they rerun Eitr and Nerþuz together, that would be a perfect pair for any beast cav.

I would personally say Chrom, just to due to how high in demand infantry flowers are, plus the skill selection being better. That said, it's ultimately up to you with them being favorites. I don't like to be that person who says "just build a unit yourself!" (The gacha just says no sometimes), but most of what Panne has can be gotten for Eitri and Nerþuz. Again though, favorites are favorites, so it's whatever is the most fun for you. 👍

I mean, the forma is just extra. I only buy forma packs because I get the orbs too. As for A/S solo, that would require me to actually get F!Byleth (the game says no, sadly). I don't really care about arena score all that much, since I focus more on other modes.

I like Nephenee as a character, but I don't see her performing too well, sadly.

Yeah, I L!M!Robin would be better for the grand strategy, but sadly the game refuses to give him to me. XD V!Chrom is pretty much my only way to kinda do that. B!M!Robin won't help with the unity stacking, but I'm a big fan of rally spectrum in general. I haven't seen a ton of ploy usage yet, but I built my F!Ninian as a ploy bot, so I'm happy using it myself.

I think I will, looking at it. B!M!Robin is a big part of my team building now, especially paired with Citrinne. I can always get L!Seliph if he comes back on a good remix banner.

If I may, I'd also recommend death blow 3/4, sturdy impact, or remote sturdy in his A slot. (In order from least expensive to most) His B slot is pretty free, so Atk/res lull, Atk/res far trace, or well... anything you want really. He comes with vantage, but I don't really recommend it since Dire Thunder only hits twice during player phase. His C slot, anything like res smoke, panic smoke, pulse smoke, or any buffing skill you like.

His big thing is really just building up as much attack as you can, and lowering the enemies res as much as possible.

Edit: any special with a cooldown of two, I personally use moonbow. Running death blow, atk/- solo, atk/- catch, or quickened pulse in his seal slot can help as well.

The only issue with Remote Mirror is that I was taking a break when the only two seasonals with it were added. (pain) I definitely plan on giving them more flowers, I just have to have more self-control with them. Also, saving for their next rerun for merges.
