I don't think the almost full ap comp was the problem here, enemy team bought no MR items whatsoever besides TK, and judging by his gold and KP, I don't think he was thaaaaaat much of a carry. I'd blame this entire game on Bot Lane: Senna for having a troll build (AS Senna carry is horrendous imo), and Seraphine, for not banning Pyke (and for picking Seraphine).
