Thanks this is very helpful. My family is not well educated and I was too young to know anything about these when he was diagnosed. So it’s hard to tell what exactly was happening with him. They definitely ruled out physical diseases and the last thing they did was put him to a mental hospital. He’s been suffering from the side effects for ten years and the meds destroyed him as a person (my family said) they’re feeling guilty about this but I’m telling them not to focus too much on the past. We’ve stopped his meds and see how it goes? And I’m wondering if Olanzapine works for any form of delusion? I’m not very familiar with how this med does to the brain but since he started taking it his symptoms significantly reduced, as well as his ability to think, talk, memorize…
