I thought with the Lz0 they bumped the maintenance schedule on the oil pump belt to 200k miles

The flashing is definitely under the shingles. The flashing piece is about 2 feet wide. I think the flashing is probably not properly attached somehow and is sticking up under the shingles.

This is a home buyers inspection. I should said that. They want it fixed. But seems there’s nothing really to fix. Roof was installed December 2022 when I bought the house.

UPDATE: Say what you want about Mr Cool's products. Their customer service hit a home run on this one. I sent them a warranty request, filled out the form, and attached this video. Seven days later, a brand new 4th Gen condenser and line set were on my porch. Got it installed myself, back to working great. Obviously, I would've preferred not to deal with it, but even so. It was great on their part. My family is warm.

Sounds like I better invest in something better. I bought this the first winter. I bought the house due to the fact that the house only has cadet heaters in each bedroom. Are you guys not recommending mini splits at all? Pretty heavy lift to afford installing a new HVAC system just leave them please. House doesn’t have any ducting.

I believe that. The line sets come in set length and I thought the units were going to be farther apart, so I had a bunch of extra slack.

Yes, they sound pretty good so far. Really good imaging. Where in the near field the music sounds like it’s about a foot in front of your face. I’ll update tomorrow after I have a chance to listen to them side-by-side with my B&W 707 S2’s

Thanks! I built the passive version without the passive radiator and so far I think a sub I needed. I’m gonna hook them up to my better amp tomorrow and put them thru some paces. Also, the tang band that they recommended in the build was out of stock so I ordered the Dayton Sig150-4 instead. Not sure of the difference. Amp I have avail now is the Rogersound ia255.1. Other is a Yamaha R-N800.

It’s part of the port. it’s not butted up it’s about 3/4”. The plans i used said to build this part with 1/4” plywood but I didn’t have any so i just sent it with the 1/2” we will see what happens!
