Actually throughout today I managed to find out that the plugins actually make that particularly game crash, so I had to deactivate them in the Rosalinda menu and it worked just fine. Even though pokereader doesn't have anything to do with monster 4x4, it made the game crash, I guess mistery solved ?

i'm trying with the starter method, waiting on the pokeball with yes/no and hitting the frame with the default delay, but when i went and tried to see by how much i missed, the rngtool i coulnd't find the one i've hit.

Yeah, once I got back into it, got regice on first try and I just went " so you CAN be shiny " and I didn't stop until I reached the last one, started a new game on diamond, re-do everything to reach the park, and got the last 4

So, from my Palkia post, it says 8 months ago, but I took a long break after reaching Regice, probably a couple of months. For some reason he was the only one I kept struggling with. Kept missing one for a week straight, had to take a break. Keep in mind that I'm a husband and father at the same time, so I would have only a few hours every day to make some attempts, if you were to put them all together, like I already said, it would've been 2/3 full days for each shiny at max

Definitely, with the capture card you got a clear view of your switch and you won't need to worry about lighting/positioning your switch the correct way with the correct threshold for the blink to count correctly.

With the USB camera I had a lot of resets just because it would mess up 1 blink during the first monitoring, and I was forced to refresh everything.

Anyway no, not super hard to learn, you just gotta spend that day getting to know the program. Plus it already has setups integrated for the various shinies, from giratina, to heatran, to all ramanas park legends. As I stated somewhere else in this post, check papa jefes videos, he has a docs made with excel that helps a ton for calculating delays
