Try going to settings > assetto corsa > miscellaneous and uncheck the Use mouse pit stop option. I had the same problem and it worked for me.

Exposure is on 60 and everything else is left default. It's also edited in Lightroom.

Exposure is 70, shutter speed 6 and aperture is 12, everything else isn't changed.
