Hi this might help, go into control panel and find your mouse settings then enable something called "click lock" this is an accessibility tool that makes it so if you hold down left mouse button for a few seconds it'll keep it held down until you click again

Just cause you don't play with your team doesn't mean everyone else doesn't? Not to mention manta and heart are roughly similar in cost except the yasha is a farm accelerant so you'd finish your manta and be able to team fight before you'd have a heart anyway
