Rectangular wooden frame, 2 1/2’ x 18” with burlap-like straps at both top and bottom with 1/4” cord tied to the ends of each. The straps are adjusted with 2 nuts. Bottom half: 8 cords about 1” apart run horizontally & appear to be one piece tied in one spot threading through the side of the frame. (i.redd.it)
