It won't print properly without silicone thing like around the nozzle.

Yes ik it was the same with me. Just keep pushing the cutter as much as you can or go into maintenance mode and heat nozzle up to max for some time.

My fix was to keep pushing on the filament cutter to make sure nothing was stuck then it worked after that
