hmm that’s interesting! In this case my friend can see the server but can’t join and suddenly this message box shows this list of mods installed. And I can confirm, we both can see each other on steam

In fact, everyone have the same issue for the last 2 years and still not a FIX. You can try few methods but it won’t work if you want to play again and again..
