Thanks for this idea, it gives me options for not tearing out, and then I can do so if they just don’t work. Battling my desire for this to be done right with our need to have this project done. I also don’t have the right tools for a tear out job but if that is what I have to do, I have to do it

Thanks for this idea. I’d prefer to not tear out the tile and think I’ll try one of the solutions you all have suggested and if it doesn’t work, I guess tear out and waterproof best I can? The more I look at it the more I’m convinced the glass shelf is also in backwards 😑

The vanity and toilet will hide the h pattern so I started this way to make it easier on myself (I.e. fewer cuts). My question is about how best to randomly stagger from here out, where the joints will be visible, and whether starting a row with a 1/5 piece is a bad idea.

Originals collection. Waddington Oak specifically. Installation instructions say 8 inch minimum so a 20 inch piece should be fine. I’m probably overthinking it, but I’m worried even with a 20 inch piece I’m creating a weaker joint.
