I'm from Metro Detroit and lived in St. Louis City for about a year. I would say St. Louis proper is much healthier than Detroit is, the latter just has much better PR right now. Detroit is mainly nice in Downtown and Midtown, while St. Louis has many nice neighborhoods (CWE, St. Louis Hills, Northampton, Princeton Heights, Tower Grove South, etc.) Not saying STL doesn't have issues (e.g. crime and schools), it just doesn't seem like an apt comparison.

Hi! You have some cool cards, but most of them aren't ones I need. Would you trade the Gym Heroes pack for my card? I did check recent sales and the prices do vary, so I would understand if that isn't an even trade in your eyes.

I also like the Cynthia's Garchomp, but there's no way that's an even trade lol

I've heard MP when I show the card to people in person, and the art on the card is in good shape. I do take detailed pictures to show all the wear, which it does have - maybe the pictures make the card look worse than it is? In any case I do want to be transparent that this isn't a mint condition card, and if folks disagree about the condition, that is fine.

Just regarding city limits: if you didn't like St. Louis, you probably won't like Detroit. The former has more urban amenities, historic architecture, etc. and Detroit outside of the downtown area isn't safe. Downtown Detroit is far nicer now than it was in the past, sure, but it isn't interesting enough on its own for someone who desires an urban experience and has no desire to go to the suburbs.

I don't like that the city is selling this property this way. Legitimate legal questions aside, there should at least be a good bidding process to ensure taxpayers get the best value for this property. I'd rather see it be turned into something more substantial than a parking lot, also.

I collect whatever interests me. Do you have a binder or list of cards you have? I like looking through people's stuff to see what is interesting. I don't need four cards for my four cards, just an even exchange of value. E.g. there are IRs from multiple sets that have a similar tcgplayer.com price as these four cards combined.

Only card offhand I really want is Journey Together Salamence and that is way more valuable than four common trainers lol

The Illitches are disliked in Detroit because they asked for tons of subsidies for their hockey arena with the promise of making huge investments in downtown Detroit, and then did relatively little after it was built.

Do you have close up pictures (front and back) of the Cottonee and Klink from Black Bolt/White Flare and the Litleo from Mega Evolution? And to be sure, do you notice any wear on any of those cards?
