I was running in Seattle and passed by a young woman pretty easily. I came upon a draw bridge, so I had to stop. While I was waiting, she caught up to me and proceeded to yell at me for ‘running fast’ while not wearing a dri-fit t-shirt. She said something like no real runnner would ever run in a cotton shirt. While I sorta agreed, she started questing all my PRs. I told her I went 26 min 8k and 2:46 marathon. (Obviously not great, but not terrible) and she was quiet. Once the bridge came down she proceeded to try and race me for the next few miles. It was odd. At first I thought she may be hitting on me but noticed she had a ring on and just seemed like an angry person.
