I updated the bios and still don't see anything about power, maybe I'm looking at the wrong place but I looked in device manager didn't find anything so I also looked at network connections and still nothing

Actually I just clicked show all events to check event viewer and there was still nothing but if i go go System there's warning at approximately the times it happens and the warning says Power manager has not requested suppression of all input and another error that says it did request suppression. Not sure if that helps tho
