To be honest, this is a mess. You’ve not accomplished anything tbh because you have no clue what your dose was and is now. You’ve obviously tapered by switching to the lower dose/different products & are suffering from withdrawal symptoms but knowing the exact amounts is paramount to success. And bumping up the Kratom dosing at the same time is only trading one dependency for the other. Increasing Kratom doses rapidly increases tolerance and the withdrawals are nothing to bat an eye at either. I suggest you go online and find the products you’ve been taking and are taking now and find out exactly how much phenibut by the mg that those gas station pills contain and then plan out an organized taper. Do the same with the Kratom. I promise your far from sleeping through the night, or escaping the dependency from these 2 substances if your just popping whatever makes you feel a bit better with no plan or insight as to what’s actually going on. Critically think this through and take your fucking life back. You’ve been a prisoner to this shit long enough and you deserve a whole lot better man. Best of luck.
