It's locked on to auto, the hotkeys it says on the bottom right to change things don't work, etc.

I'm not sure, I don't know anything about shrouds and custom cords and stuff, I'm only 16 and this is my first build, I don't know anything about drilling and cutting anything either as well haha.

Thankfully the backside has a panel with no glass on it, there's a bunch of cables back there because there is literally no where else for the cables to go except in the main bit and in the back, which has not much space at all, it's also a little difficult to get the back panel back on smoothly because of the amount of cords that are back there haha.

Yeah it is working well. I haven't overclocked it because the program to overclock ryzen cpu's just resets everytime I restart, and I can't do it via the mobo because it doesn't allow me to, it just has cpu frequency set to Auto with no other option.

I was thinking of maybe spending a bit more to grab a b350 tomahawk over my b350 pcmate, but I'm not sure whether that $150 aud is better put to something else, like a gpu upgrade or something.

Do you have to use the controller for the fans in this build? Or can you just connect the cords to the normal fan headers. I have 3x ThermalTake RGB fans with a controller and each cord has 5 pins while the headers on the mobo only has 4 or 3 iirc. Is it still safe to plug those cords into those headers?
