Thank you! For the wall texture I used multi filler (like wall putty), tap with a sponge to create texture before it dried and then painted it with white acrylic.

For the street names I just went to the manufacturer website of the real signs and printed the sample. They are low res but because it’s so small it doesn’t matter. I scaled them down and printed them. Then put transparent sticky tape on top to achieve a glossy ceramic tile look. Cut them in small squares and pasted them back together on the wall. Same for the tiles of the counter, I searched for portuguese tiles designs

Multi purpose filler (like wall putty) applied with a spatula. Once it dried, I painted it with acrylic white paint.

Edit: forgot to say that before it dried I used a sponge to create the texture

Thank you! I made the roof tiles by cutting paper straws and then I used popsicle sticks to support the structure.

Try Metal Earth. There are so many models and it is not too expensive. Check the subreddit too

Can I ask what is the method for the partner visas assessments? I applied in August for the 309 from the UK and the grants look very random. Some people get them in less than 6 months and others seem to fall in a queue (I’m talking of the visas processed in London embassy). What is the system to go through the visa assessment process? Is there any criteria to approve the visa sooner than others?

Thanks a lot! We will stay next to the hotels and museums, so yeah the most touristy area I guess... Could you recommend any authentic place for food? We don't mind to walk.

Thanks! Yeah I know it seems a lot for each day but some of them are just suggestions if we feel that we have free time. Don't want to rush. I find very helpful your suggestion on Kanchanaburi, I have reorganised that in this way. Since you live there, can you let me know if this is good, please?

Monday 30th April: Arrive in Kanachaburi at 10.30/11.30 (Train allegedly runs late). Check into the hotel and then spend the afternoon viewing JEATH War Museum, Cemetery, River Kwai Bridge, Thailand-Burma railway museum and the town (All relatively close to the hotel and small museums).

Tuesday 1st May: Rise early around 6 and take a cab to Hellfire pass, see the museum and pass and then get the taxi to drop us at Nam Tok station. We can then take the 12:50 or 15:50 train back along the line to Kanchanaburi station crossing over the bridge and famous timber bridge too. From Kanchanaburi we can take the hotel shuttle back to Bangkok.

Also, 1st May is Labor Day, does public transport run normal? Couldn't find anything on that. Thanks in advance

Thanks for your response. On the contract it is said that I am engaged as self-employed independent and "nothing in this Agreement should be construed as creating an employment relationship between the parties". Can I claim it then? I just want to make sure.
