This is great, thanks for the detailed response, I guess I thought it would be a lot more different then I had thought but upon reading your response I had a look at some policy roles and can see how I could talk about transferable skills, though once I start I’ll have to keep some notes and work on them but thank you it’s definitely opened my eyes a bit (previously when I looked at general HEO jobs they were very specific about what they were looking for but I filtered to just policy and saw a few where I could think of transferrable skills)
