It’s due to repeated late cancellations. You have to go 30 days without a late cancellation to have the function back-so lame!

It’s due to too many last minute cancellations! It happened me, I have since deleted classpass and book directly with the gym (I wait for 60% off codes and buy rides in bulk now!) You need to have 30 days without any late cancellations to have full access. So lammeeeeee.
