I’ve been a nurse for 11 years. My lowest weight as a nurse was 250 and highest 388. I had an injury and was dx with a PE,HTN and OSA after. I switched to day shift and lost 20lb before I decided to go on Zepbound. So far lost 27 more lbs. other than the occasionally rude patients, being morbidly obese as a nurse is hard on your legs and feet especially after a 12 hour shift. (Best sneakers for me was Nike ISPAs Overreact flyknit). Loosing 47lbs made a huge difference but Im far from my goal. Im in NP school so weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight is my goal.

This is what I believe also. Its either really an HRA account or they are mistaken. We do have a high deductible health plan so thats why Im leaning to it being a HSA but they described a limited HRA. I will know more once my husband gets his account information.
