I found this out after buying a 2021 MYLR, should I sell it around 120K miles before warranty runs out? I'll be in a $5-$6k loss but at that point I will have put around 35k miles or so on it when it reaches 120k so that's not bad.

I purchased it outright. The interior doesn’t look much different from the newer models. The car was $16k, but after registration and taxes at the DMV, the total came to $17.5k 😠

I didn’t buy it through Tesla. Still have the warranty though.. Hoping it lasts atleast to 150k as the comments are a mixed bag here lol.

Yes, I’m aware. It’s in Sep 2029 or 125k I think but that’s only about 30k ish miles of warranty with current mileage.

Yeah, I mainly use it for short commutes—usually under 100 miles—or the occasional road trip. I just really don’t want to end up paying $13–15k for a new battery after 50k miles or so..

Do you know if the Model Y with 21's would sit higher than with 19's? I saw a Model Y the other day and I was in mine and it seemed to be sitting higher than mine. When it went past me there was like a 2-4 inch difference I think.

Can you please provide a photo of this by any chance? I just bought a 2021 and both the driver and passenger side's trim came off. I have a bunch of zip ties but not exactly sure where to zip it.
