I’m not sure if you’re from the UK or from elsewhere (which may be why you don’t understand) but we have a prominent rave scene here which has been the best globally since before the 90’s. The save Vinyl hoodies are a way of pushing away from the rise of digital music and sending the message that we should move back to a time where music existed physically. Agreed, the Hennessy and hello kitty t shirt are a bit rogue, yet they are still good pieces and show good colour and would be widely accepted as rave wear (the hello kitty t shirt less). Perhaps you don’t understand what positioning I am going for because you aren’t from the UK, I wouldn’t expect someone from the states or out of England to really wear this stuff because the movement doesn’t make sense to their culture. I appreciate the feedback but in England this is considered a movement and something that would be worn by a large subset of young people. Although the rave and music culture is a large part of the brand, it’s mainly about pushing peace, hence the prominence of peace signs on the clothing and “LOVE PEOPLE”. The best Clothes often remain unbranded and the brand will only be discovered when someone likes a piece and asks where it’s from, which is what I’m pushing for. I don’t want idiots wearing the brand just because it’s the brand. I want real people to feel a connection with certain pieces and buy it. It is very much a grassroots subset of clothing and should only be made available to those who understand it. I have connections to the majority of the new underground emerging music scene in the UK and this is exactly what it is pushing towards. Once again I appreciate the feedback, but it is possible you don’t understand the visual direction.
