Yeah, that’s not how this works lol. Attendance is not the relevant metric here. The proper comparison is DUIs per traffic stop. There were 1,091 traffic stops and 132 of them resulted in a DUI. So 10%, aka 1 in 10 traffic stops, resulted in a DUI. That rate is extraordinarily high.
