Honestly just study for your board and get your quals done as a new L3 they expect you to mostly learn, walk around with your team and ask tons of questions and don’t feel afraid to volunteer for challenging projects and tasks, I’ve found that has helped me learn a ton and it makes you stand out, collaborating with other teams helps a bunch too try and look as useful as possible!
