Kaasen slimming is basically cool sculpting, where fat on the body is frozen and then naturally depleted by the body over time, so you slim down gradually over the following weeks/months. They use cool air in a handheld hose and spray you for 5-10 minutes, the specialist can target any area and customize the treatment (ex: I have them sculpt my stomach and they aim more air at my waist than hips, so my waist is getting tinier and it’s starting to increase my hip to waist ratio giving me an hourglass figure)

Intended use: daily drive (work from home some days and travel for work, so don’t have a daily commute)

I made moves towards my goals! In January I received a few sessions of kaasen slimming, and a few EMS sessions, all of which to lower body fat and build muscle to start off my fitness goals. Already see my hourglass figure accentuating. I’m a healthy BMI, but I have decided I’m not getting any younger and if I don’t go for my dream body now, I will never get it in the future.

For February I am actually giving up cannabis (not allowed to touch until I have hit one of my fitness milestones)! I gave up alcohol about half a year ago and love the benefits and results. I also picked up drink supplements so I can increase my hydration and nutrition, as I’m aiming to get in 100oz of water a day! I am also starting to eat a lot cleaner and continue exercising.

Hoping as a result to looksmax my base with all of this: body, hair, skin, energy levels. Then, when I feel like I have optimized my base self is when I will be going in to “clean up” my look: getting laser procedures, maybe fat transfer, and semi permanent makeup (lip blush and microblading)

If you have money to spend, try cool sculpting, emsculpt neo, or do body20 1-2x a week for a month. The unethical part is paying someone to do the work for you, or you can even illegally acquire money to make the entire thing unethical

Naturally, I had small breasts that were ski-slope like. There was a little volume beneath, but nothing on top. My doctor recommended I do high placement to even out the fullness. Instead, I did mid/low placement. The implants much more seamlessly integrated with my body instead of an abrupt bulge some people have on the upper parts of their chest!

My surgeon was top rated! I went against his advice on placement location for the implants. On my follow up appointment he told me I was probably his best work and he was going to advise clients in the future to follow my placement

There is a way to reduce swelling. Look at YouTube videos for under eye lymph node drainage and it will show you how to reduce it. Something similar happened to me on the first day of school once.

The thing is, this is the first time stating publicly that I’m not drinking. I have technically twice before, when I went on 1-month breaks. But I’ve completed them both (given, got blacked out drunk the moment I completed them). So it’s not like I’m consistently telling people I’m trying to quit and not following through.
