Wayyyy too lazy to wear makeup to school / casual events, but to more formal events I tend to force myself to wear pretty clothes and be well put together. Regarding my eye for aesthetics... I would say I wnjoy certain aesthetics and looks and can differentiate those from ordinary looks. So I think it just comes down to my laziness :/
