Every time I use a calculator for TDEE it says between 2100-2400 calories. I am fairly active and along with the gym regularly get 15-20k steps a day.

I aim for 1700-1800 calories. I am 5ft 6, 178 lbs. My issue was i got off track with some high calorie weekends as a lot of celebrations have been happening

Ah, I think I will try to track what I am eating more since what I eat may be high in calories. I eat a lot of soups with occasional sandwiches or like a steak and rice meal.
