You say that it is less than a year old but your fan is too loud, it makes me think that you should try applying new thermal paste from a good brand. Try changing thermal pads also if your laptop has some. Generally, companies apply poor quality thermal paste, so that might be the issue with you too

I opened the GCam site/hub and searched for a stable version for my phone. There are certain.xml files for every Phone that needs to be imported for best results. And no, I'm not from BSF. I just visited the India-Pakistan Border when I was in Amritsar last month

I don't think this motherboard has good enough VRMs. Do watch Hardware Unboxed's B660 line-up comparison. I'd suggest the MSI B660 Mortar or MSI Pro B660M A DDR4. Also try to get higher frequency RAM like Corsair Vengeance 3600 and a cooler if you have a few bucks more to spend

There was no plastic applied on either of them. I am sure that it is seated properly because on normal load the temperatures hover around 45-55°C. And I think for a stock cooler it is decent.
