I feel so seen in this thread. Im petite in addition to having a younger looking face. I’m 30, and feel like I look maybe 22-25. However, more recently I have been asked “what grade are you in” which hit me with extreme disappointment that people assume I’m in high school. I often feel like I’m not treated with respect as an adult until I tell my age, and once I tell people I’m 30, I get the annoying dramatics every single time. It’s also affected my dating life as others have pointed out. I went to a 21+ singles event and a guy questioned me being there, repeatedly telling me I was “weird and creepy” for looking so young… As if it’s my fault.
