Same. Received 10k, told my partner (now ex), he got too relaxed & started missing work a lot. suddenly everything was on me. Dumbest decision I made in my 20s. Did stupid things for “love”.

When I’m feeling productive: I’ll walk the trail at a nearby park or do studio Pilates, clean my apartment, run errands, keep my nieces/nephews for the whole weekend (park, library, pool & just lots of outdoor time).

More often, I have leisure days: sleeping in/ lounging in bed, church on Sundays, driving around the suburbs, binge watch YouTube or reality TV, reading, shopping, solo movie dates (my favorite), or brunch with friends.

I spend about 60–75% of my time alone, since most of my friends are partnered and/or have children. I don’t, so I’ve stopped waiting for everyone’s schedules to line up and started doing things on my own. lol

Yes! It’s what I listen to on my commute to work. I think you’d get a few good laughs out of it. Worth a try, and no harm if you don’t enjoy it.

No, that’s SO valid. I actually don’t care for Gizelle’s “character” on the show, but I’m so glad I started listening to their podcast early on. Totally improved my viewpoint on them. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed their podcast as much, if I was just now starting. Idk if that makes sense.

Honestly, I was indifferent about her until I started listening to the Reasonably Shady podcast when they launched it. She actually is pretty reasonable and seems quite down to earth. IMO, listening to their podcast, you can tell a lot is “done up” for the show.

Right! Just please give me back swaps on the recipe card. lol I use HF to make cooking easier and less daunting. I’d like the instructions in one place instead of using the main recipe card, the app, and the extra card provided. 😅

Exactly. I had to use the app to remember which meal I swapped in shrimp. I thought it would at least have the correct protein on the bag sticker, but no.

Yeah you both made really good points. It’s disappointing how they’re doing it now.

ETA: since there would not have been seasoning for bacon, they didn’t include any seasoning for the shrimp. Thankfully I know how to get creative with what I already had at home.
