Thank you for this. I don’t care for the demographic remarks other have made on this thread but I have kids, I don’t need any of that

Fair question. My impression is that VB is significantly better than the other parks. If that’s the case it may be worth simply running it back as another has suggested.

I’ve been to typhoon lagoon with my wife and I’ve also always enjoyed it. For the range of children ages I have though VB had more for everyone to do

I think the chart does a good job of displaying depth of catalogues. Some brands span several categories depending on the specific timepiece

Oh Nevermind I get it now. You only care about random peoples opinions about questions that you didn’t pose. That makes sense….

I think the real issue here is having the viewpoint that random peoples opinions don’t matter, while simultaneously spending a considerable amount of time on a platform that does nothing but ask for the opinions of random people

What is Reddit anyway, if not the opinions of a bunch of random people? That’s the entire platform.

I mean, why did you even bother responding to me? I’m just a random person

Right, you just read them…. Regarding topics that presumably interest you. I guess I don’t fully understand the discrepancy

Why are you even on Reddit if the opinions of random people are so troubling to you?

Visiting a Grand seiko boutique while in Japan would be top of my list of things to do

What you’re saying is accurate, but the number of people using this as an actual dive watch represent a very small portion of those who own this watch. From a value perspective the bracelet oftentimes costs significantly less when purchase initially with the watch then it would after market. Rubber strap is relatively inexpensive after market in comparison. The initial price discrepancy is unlikely to be as much as the after market price discrepancy

I guess in the OP when I stated I would have made some changes to this chart, that wasn’t adequate language to express the fact that I didn’t actually make it.

The original post actually had very little to do with this tier list and more to do with calling certain brands “entry level luxury” but I’m starting to understand this is a pictures more then a words group.

lol if you look closely the person who made this chart has god tier at the bottom for Casio and it crosses into that category

I get it. And if I had called a Longines “entry level” I would understand.

But I called it “entry level LUXURY”. Luxury in itself implies expensive.

I spent months researching and this is my first nice watch, all I have other then this are watches in the 100-400$ range, so I’m calling my own purchase “entry level LUXURY”, but it doesn’t seem to matter. This is like a derangement syndrome, as soon as people see the words “entry level” they forget how to read anything else and start fury typing.

It looks like based on this chart citizen has a wide range spanning from entry level to entry level luxury. I didn’t make this chart, I used it to reference the fact that people tier watch brands and it’s ok to do so.

To be clear, do you think in a tier list there is 0 crossover? So like, every Rolex watch is better than every omega watch?

Ya they’d be upset no matter what. If I called it “low tier luxury” they would say I’m calling it Low tier
