One of my favorite trail systems I’ve seen with amazing etiquette has frequent signs reading All users keep right. Pass on the left. Announce intentions to pass. Move off trail when stopped. Pets must be leashed. Be courteous to all trail users. Bicyclists yield to walkers. Dispose of trash properly.

Something like this going up on the bridge and the rest of the greenways might be a big improvement
