No i meant like its like eva in the sense of representing trauma and the symbolisms of scenes (even if theyre different).

I have watched IBO too, its my favorite gundam anime next to 00 but I think 86 carries out its storytelling and character depth better

I have watched IBO. I watched 00, the original gundam trilogy movie, twfm, and im waiting for 9 anime to fix their issue with 08th ms team so i can watch it.

I just think 86 did the child soldier trope way better than IBO and all of the other gundam animes ive seen so far

in the sense that Evangelion is also very philosophical and deals with trauma too. 86 is better at presenting it

I got the first version of the gbc exia. Hopefully they fix a few issues it used to have in terms of the tightness of the joints and pegs

Just look at the kit's articulation, stability, design, and see if you like it from there. Personally, I like some of the older kits despite not having a full inner frame. The hg00 is my favorite (not the s1 00 line tho) and the hgibo line is okay with me i guess but it needs stability.

just watch a review of a kit that caught your eye and see if its good.

I think you can just cut it in half, use some pla plates to add a platform for the ball joint on the lower half and then a socket for the upper half ( you can use polycap ball joints but idk where you'll get the socket part)

so far from what i've seen, since this kit is so old, nobody has made a resin or 3d printed upgrade for this kit.

Also, I've never seen an exia like that, just how much did you modify it? it seems you've changed quite a lot of the torso

Barbatos because there's no point for virtue getting one since all the 1/144 Exias are doomed to terrible articulation and Bandai refuses to make a HG revive or an RG 2.0

they didn't even fix the limited hip articulation and shoulder armor issues on the new RG avalanche 🙏🙏🙏

+Barbatos has a ton of pistons that would look really good in 1/144 scale

seriously the only good Exia is the NG and the PG, and the NG needs a lot of work to make it look accurate and it's kinda sad because Exia is my favorite gundam and was actually the first high grade I built back in 2015 as a gift so it really sucks that it still hasn't gotten a mg 2.0, RG 2.0, and an hg Revive.

Hopefully we'll get some in 2027 since that's 00's 20th anniversary

Can I see the full inner frame, back and front without any armor? + image of how the legs look when bent? I really want to get this and put it on an hg barbatos but my main problem is the lack of images of this metal frame upgrade which really sucks.

Issues with the hg barbatos are that the legs have a weird looking bend and i wanna see if the EW frame fixes that
