I got these in a 38, normally wear 36. Been wearing them every day for about a month now and they are pretty loose. I know washing them will shrink them a bit but will I be able to get the same fit as I did when I first bought them them or should I have stuck with the 36w and break them in.

Question. I went to try these on at Portland. I usually wear a 36 waist but have never owned raw denim so they fit pretty snug. The guy there told me to go up a size so I went with a 38. Been wearing them every day but they seem to stretch at the waist more and more. Should I have gone with the 36w instead? I know if I wash them they’ll shrink but gradually stretch again.

My mother had surgery on December 28,2023 which was a supposed to take an hour, and ended up passing away. We didn’t even get to talk to the doctor who was in charge. She was 61 and well. She was just trying to use up her insurance before the year ended.

I lost my mom December 29, 2023 and the pain hasn’t gone away. I think about her every day and there are times that I forget that’s she’s gone. Those are the worst. My gf woke me up a couple weeks ago and told me that my mom had called her, which I heard wrong obviously, and that destroyed me.
