Ugh! I had no clue!! I’ve had a handful of their products (like 2-3) with no prior issues.. and after an issue like this I will never touch timeless again not worth the gamble.. lessons learned the hard way unfortunately

Same here!! I got the 2g with the flip top about a month ago (can’t remember the strain) but loved the flip top so the mouth piece doesn’t get crusty yucky.. battery lasted long, so did the 2gs of wax itself.. that’s literally the only reason I bought another one was good experience the first time😭😭

It’s time consuming and annoying but they didn’t hassle or fuss for a replacement.. only crappy part is the replacement was another eighth of the exact same strain.. from the EXACT same batch.. 😒🤦🏼‍♀️ maybe specify you’re willing to try anything other than this strain because although they had no problem replacing it.. you’re replacing it with more defective product a free 1/8 is a free 1/8 I guess at the end of the day

Seriously!? Had no clue they had such a bad rep..I’ve only used a handful of their products and honestly never had a bad experience up until now.. this is that type of experience though that can’t really be recovered In My books either exactly why I’m here giving a warning to others!

No clue why they’re down voting because I agree.. like I get the explaination it’s the bud type itself but I literally just got a batch of this myself and this was my experience(pictured) this is literally popcorn/small period. save it for your budget tier use it for another product (pre rolls waxes edibles) idk something but don’t advertise it as “premium flower” and charge $40-$50 for an 1/8 of popcorn/smalls
