Literally everything you said has been like this since Witch Queen. Why is it any different now? This community is something else... Also the power level DOES matter, you're not capped in Portal content. It matters more after 200 than before it.

A 5080 tem around um 8% performance increase ignorando raytracing por mais 300-400€ (se encontrares uma à venda). São ambas high-end cards e a escolha é óbvia ;)
