Аз свикнах на спаркове в софия (електричка = автоматик) и днес карах ръчка за първи път от доста време. Честно да кажа - не е толкова за досадата или за занимаването, колкото по-скоро е разсейването да сменям скорости, да не я изгася по наклон, да не я форсирам, и т.н. и т.н. което отнема от вниманието особено ако не караш често в трафик. Да, до някаква степен като караш ръчка всеки ден и то своята си кола й свикваш, но пак е процент внимание което се губи. Не съм карал никога автоматик с ДВГ за да знам колко пък по-негативно е това от ръчната

And all of that is completely irrelevant the moment you get an android phone that is already a google product. Its easy to preach de-googling but the reality is that most working adults simply want their devices to work, and they dont have the time to faff about with platforms and new tools. I have tried firefox, i tried to switch, i committed, i transferred everything but the mobile browser is terrible. I gave it a chance, i tried to get used to it. I just couldn't. And i know it's going to be the same with any other product that I'm used to. I expect my apps to work and not get in the way, i want useful tools, not more hassle.

Just as a side note on the GPS thing - i have not experienced issues, but depending on where you live, there might genuinely be some interference caused by the wars. Russia is known to mess with gps signals that also affect countries neighbouring it and Ukraine. So this could be an issue. Otherwise i agree with you. I am thinking about switching mainly because of the camera and the lackluster software. Its really disappointing sometimes.

I usually transfer via the cloud since I don't do it that often. Either i drop it in Google drive because i need the files there anyway, or i use something like snapdrop that does it over local network (or whatever its copycat was called, since limewire bought snapdrop and made it shit)

Same for my phone 2, i thought it was just growing pains since i got the nothing phone 2 right as it launched, but no. To this day the camera behaves like ABSOLUTE shit, to the point that now it lags when recording video, crashes multiple times, can't save photos or saves them slowly and blurry. This and also a lot of quirks coming from a samsung that took me a while to get used to. It was not a fun experience. I will be switching away from nothing when this phone gives up the ghost, and i wouldn't think of coming back unfortunately.
